All rituals are performed as per traditional Vedic practices, regional customs, and priestly discretion. Variations may occur based on temple traditions, priest lineage, availability of materials, date/muhurat, and location. Such variations are inherent and do not constitute a service deficiency.
Spiritual rituals are acts of faith and devotion. EkDharma does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or life changes from any ritual performed. Rituals are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
For online or remote rituals, physical presence of the devotee is not mandatory. The priest performs the ritual on behalf of the devotee based on shared details.
Where applicable, photos, videos, or confirmations are provided as spiritual records, not legal certifications. Minor technical or logistical limitations may affect the format or duration.
Rituals once initiated or scheduled close to the muhurat may not be eligible for cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to priest and temple availability. Festival and Shradh rituals are typically non-refundable due to fixed religious timelines.
EkDharma reserves the right to decline services if requests conflict with ethical/traditional principles or involve misuse/disrespect toward religious practices.
