This policy applies to corporate and office ceremony bookings, including office inaugurations, workspace blessings, festival ceremonies, and annual observances arranged through EkDharma.
Booking Confirmation
All corporate bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. The advance payment amount will be communicated at the time of booking and typically ranges from 30% to 50% of the total service cost.
Cancellation Policy
- 7+ Days Before Service: If you cancel 7 or more days before the scheduled service date, a partial refund will be provided after deducting preparation costs, coordination fees, and administrative charges (typically 20-30% of the total amount).
- Within 7 Days of Service: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date are non-refundable. This is because significant preparations, priest coordination, and samagri arrangements have already been completed.
- After Service Commencement: No refund will be provided once the service has partially or fully commenced.
Rescheduling Policy
- One Reschedule Allowed: Corporate bookings may be rescheduled once without penalty, subject to priest and venue availability.
- Advance Notice Required: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the original service date.
- Additional Charges: If the rescheduled date requires additional coordination or falls on an auspicious date with higher demand, additional charges may apply.
Service Completion
Once the corporate ceremony has been partially or fully performed, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason. This includes situations where:
- The ceremony has been performed at your office or designated location
- The priest has arrived at the location and preparations have begun
- Samagri and ritual materials have been delivered to the location
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, priest unavailability due to emergency, etc.), EkDharma will work with you to reschedule the service at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account used for the booking.
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

In case of any disputes regarding service quality, cancellation, or refunds, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving all concerns professionally and fairly. All disputes will be handled through direct communication and mutual agreement.
