Shipping Timeline

  • Dispatch: Potlis are dispatched 15-20 days before the festival date to account for international shipping times.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be shared via email and WhatsApp once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Delivery Timelines: Delivery timelines vary by destination country and customs clearance processes. Typical delivery takes 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • International shipping charges are calculated separately based on destination country, package weight, and shipping method.
  • Shipping costs will be communicated to you before order confirmation and must be paid along with the potli cost.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Important: Customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • EkDharma is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes
  • These charges vary by country and are payable by the recipient upon delivery
  • Please check your country's customs regulations before ordering

Item Substitutions for International Compliance

Certain ritual items may be restricted or prohibited for international shipping based on destination country regulations. In such cases:

  • We will substitute restricted items with compliant alternatives that maintain ritual authenticity
  • You will be informed of any substitutions before dispatch
  • Detailed instructions will be provided for using substitute items in the ritual

Address Changes

  • Address changes for international orders must be requested at least 20 days before the scheduled dispatch date.
  • Address changes after dispatch are not possible. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order.
  • EkDharma is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, international shipping may be subject to delays due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Courier service delays
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Government restrictions or holidays

EkDharma is not liable for delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work with the courier to expedite delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • All international shipments are insured and tracked for your protection.
  • If your potli arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
  • We will arrange for replacement items or a full replacement potli at no additional cost (shipping charges may apply).
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
