Refund Policy — Non-Subscription Services

This refund policy applies to individual rituals, festival pujas, corporate ceremonies, and one-time potli purchases booked through EkDharma.

For subscription services, please refer to our Subscription Cancellation & Pause Policy.

When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Service cancelled by EkDharma: If we are unable to perform the ritual or deliver the service as scheduled due to circumstances within our control
  • Service cannot be performed: If the ritual cannot be performed as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances and no alternative arrangement is acceptable to you
  • Potli damaged or not delivered: If the potli is damaged during shipping or not delivered within the committed timeframe

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Ritual already performed: Once the ritual has been performed and confirmation has been shared, refunds cannot be issued
  • Cancellation after preparations begin: If you cancel after ritual preparations have commenced (samagri purchased, priest assigned, etc.)
  • Delays beyond our control: Delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events where the service is eventually delivered
  • Change of personal preference: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after booking confirmation

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking
  • Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued after deducting costs already incurred (such as samagri purchased, priest coordination fees, or administrative charges). The exact amount will be communicated to you before processing.
