Subscription Cancellation & Pause Policy

This policy applies to Annual Festival Potli Subscriptions offered by EkDharma. Please read carefully before subscribing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before First Dispatch: Subscriptions can be cancelled only before the first potli is dispatched. Full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested before dispatch.
  • After First Dispatch: Once the first potli has been dispatched, subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable. The subscription will continue for the full annual period.

Pause & Skip Policy

  • One Skip Allowed: Subscribers may skip or pause one festival potli delivery per year if informed at least 15 days before the scheduled dispatch date.
  • No Refund for Skipped Potlis: Skipped potlis are not refunded but may be adjusted to a future festival or converted to a donation on your behalf, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
  • Advance Notice Required: All pause or skip requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the scheduled dispatch date. Late requests cannot be accommodated.

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be updated at least 15 days before the scheduled dispatch date for each potli.
  • If the new address is in a different country or region, additional shipping charges may apply and must be paid before dispatch.
  • EkDharma is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the subscriber.

Non-Transferable

Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or account. The subscription is valid only for the original subscriber.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to dispatch potlis 10-18 days before each festival, delivery timelines may vary due to courier services, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.
  • EkDharma will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Items

If a potli arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange for replacement items or a replacement potli at no additional cost.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. At the end of the annual period, you will be contacted to renew your subscription if you wish to continue.
